What the last three years or so has shown is that how much money you spend has next to no relation to the quality of player that you get in... it basically boils down to hard work behind the scenes with good scouting, coaching and a big slice of luck.
Moyes has started by putting a great team of coaches and a recruitment team in place which has a good track record. The Academy also seems to be in good hands... our new investor obviously recognises that this is the way forward so hopefully we can continue on the current trajectory.

How much profit do they stand to make?
They bought their shareholdings in the club for £86 million.
There was the £30 million pound rights issue last year, which would have increased the cost of their holding (86% of £30 million, £26 million). So £112 million investment.
Profit will be sale price they get, less their investment, less the Olympic Stadium "levy"
